EARLY WRISTBAND PICKUP

THE WINTER JAZZFEST TEAM IS PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE WILL BE OFFERING A FEW OPPORTUNITIES TO PICK UP YOUR MARATHON WRISTBAND EARLY

THAT'S RIGHT YOU CAN AVOID HAVING TO CHECK-IN ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY THIS YEAR BY PICKING UP YOUR WRISTBAND IN ADVANCE.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: CAN I PICK UP MY PASS A FEW DAYS BEFORE THE FESTIVAL?
A: Yes  Early wristband pick-up will occur at Le Poisson Rouge on Saturday January 5th and Monday January 7th through Friday January 11th from 1pm to 5pm.

Q: IF I HAVE A 2-DAY PASS, DO I HAVE TO CHECK-IN EACH DAY?
A: No You only have to check-in once on January 11th. Once you receive your 2-Day wristband you must keep it on until the end of the marathon.

Q: WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING IN ORDER TO PICK UP MY WRISTBAND?
A: Valid Photo I.D is required of the ticket holder. Providing a confirmation # for your order is suggested but not required. (If you need to make a name change, please write to info@winterjazzfest.com)

Q: I'M ON THE GUEST-LIST FOR THE MARATHON. WHERE CAN I CHECK IN ON JAN 5TH AND/OR JAN 11 AND 12?
A: You can check-in at any official WJF check in location.

Q: I HAVE A SINGLE DAY PASS, CAN I SWITCH IT TO A DIFFERENT DAY?
A: No Tickets are non-transferrable between marathon days.

Q: CAN I SHARE A MULTI-DAY PASS WITH A FRIEND?
A: No 2-Day and Full Festival Passes cannot be shared amongst patrons. If it's apparent the wristband has been removed and reattached or tampered with in any way we will deem your wristband invalid.
